2Gather Carshare Co-host program 

Management fee:

2Gather Carshare shall receive 30% of the net income generated from carshare bookings after deducting applicable operating expenses such as car hire platform fees & commission, service & maintenance excluding vehicle registration, CTP Insurance, storage & parking fees, cost of mechanical failure and damage, losses and expense not covered by car hire platform. Monthly payments forwarded once a month within 14 days of the end of each calendar month during the Term including a monthly report. 

What’s included:

Standard vacuum, Car Wash & Clean as required

Regular vehicle condition inspection

Guest Check in/ Check out for Turo

Carshare kit & listing set up (Vehicles will be listed under 2Gather Carshare account)

Managing Vehicle Listing Profile and Pricing

Booking & Calendar Management

Liaison with platform support (Uber Carshare, Drive Mate & Turo)

Liaison with guest and borrowers

Liaison with Authority and Police for Stolen Vehicle cases and Co-ordination with repossession agent

Insurance Claim Assistance 

Infringement Notice Assistance (Online Transfer if available)

Service/Repair delivery & assistance

Bookkeeping of all income and expenses to calculate net income for each month includes a Monthly Income Report

Income Distribution around mid-month to car owners for income generated from the previous month

What’s excluded?

Log book service fee: $150-$200* includes: oil, tyres, brakes, battery, glass.

Repair fee (wear & tire /mechanical) engine, transmission, suspension, electric, body, rims and etc.: Car Owner’s expense based on quotation

Repair fee (cosmetic): Insurance cover

Delivery fee: Guest cover (Only available for Turo Listings)

Vehicle Registration, CTP & Insurance Cost

Secure Parking: monthly rate of certain complex

Set up installation devices: Uber Carshare $29 or Drive Mate $100

Smoking fee: Professional Clean covered by Guest

Deep cleaning fee: Guest cover
